Both partners of CompuDocs have Bachelor of Engineering degrees in computing, plus years of hands on experience. So whether your PC needs engineering skills because of some hardware issue, or your PC is just sick - which requires different skills completely - we are an ideal choice.
Most home PC problems we have experienced have been caused by some kind of infection, so knowing how to clean the inside of a machine or replace some piece of hardware would be of little use. What these situations require is someone who knows about the workings of a PC and how to remove infections without reinstalling the operating system, which would usually delete all the data.

CompuDocs offer comprehensive home computer support which includes upgrades, networking, data-backup, web design and more.
What we will do
Compudocs will come to your home and, wherever possible, do the necessary work on site. Should it be necessary to take your machine away, we can usually return it within 24 hours.

After consultation with you, we can advise you on what specifications would fit your requirements so that you won't be convinced by a salesperson that you need the latest graphics card or other upgrades which may be unnecessary and could add 100s of £s to the price. We will advise you on security which doesn't cost a fortune and set up the machine*.
